Leadership staff members are responsible for sending information to select groups. If you need to send information to the network, please forward it to your supervisor, who can then distribute it.
How to send messages to a group
Two ways to send messages are:
Option 1: Send a message from your Gaggle Mail account
You can send messages from your member page from within Gaggle.
- Sign in to Gaggle using the login credentials provided to you: https://gaggle.email/login
- From the Subscriptions tab, click on the name of the group you wish to send a message to.
- Click the Compose button in the sidebar, and the group automatically appears in the 'To' field.
- Add a Subject and type your message. You may add images and attachments in addition to your message.
- When ready, click the Send to Group button.
- Once an initial message has been sent, you can view the conversation thread, responses, and reply directly to the group or individual senders from within Gaggle.
See the official Gaggle documentation for more information about how to send message to your groups.
Option 2: Send an email to a group's email address
You can use the group's email address (e.g. oaf-agency-relations@gaggle.email) to send emails directly from Microsoft Outlook if you prefer.
Sending an email to the group's address will go to everyone in the group.
